Champa Attar

Champa Attar by Aromas de Salazar is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for women and men. Champa Attar was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Michael Salazar. The fragrance features Cambodian Oud, Agarwood (Oud), Champaca, Dark Patchouli, Chinese Osmanthus, Australian Sandalwood and Virginia Cedar. We are calling it Champa Attar. It uses a high quality Red Champaca Absolute that is unlike any floral we have smelled before. A deep floral note with almost a fruitiness to it. It is all built on a base of Australian Sandalwood. When we think sandalwood. We think creamy and smooth. But this is almost cedar like and woody. The ouds used are an Oud Assam, a Sri Lankan Oud, and Cambodian Oud. This is a trifecta from heaven (if oud is your thing). Not for the faint of heart. Very very strong. Just one dab will do all day and more. Supporting notes are Virginian Cedarwood to give a slight woody/uplifting. Osmanthus absolute to give it depth and round out the notes. And of course an Indonesian Dark Aged Patchouli imported directly from the distiller in Indonesia that ages the patchouli himself.
