Acqua di Teriaca by Ricardo Ramos Perfumes de Autor is a Chypre fragrance for women and men. Acqua di Teriaca was launched in 2020. The nose behind this fragrance is Ricardo Ramos. Top notes are Pine, Star Anise, Bergamot and Juniper; middle notes are Leather, Labdanum, Beeswax, Styrax and Turkish Rose; base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Amber and Castoreum. Acqua di Teriaca is inspired in the character of Doctor Schnabel and the medical formulation historically known during the times of Plague called Theriac, initially used as an antidote for venoms, and being reinvented for centuries since the antiquity . This is a  smell inspired in the list of ingredients from the famous Teriaca Veneziana (XVIII Century) from Venice.This is an artisan blended spicy liqueured scent, with leathery hints, sitting on a base of fine resins and an almost subliminal animalic amber woods. This is a collector’s piece from the original series released during the Covid19 state of emergency in Europe. - a note from the brand.
