Aurora: Halfeti Dark by Regalien is a fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Aurora: Halfeti Dark was launched in 2026. The nose behind this fragrance is Dominique Ropion. Top notes are Pink Pepper, Hibiscus and Lily of the Valley; middle notes are Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha, Black Rose and Ambrette; base notes are Oakmoss, Amber, Tahitian Vanilla and Indonesian Patchouli Leaf. Can there be light without darkness, or beauty without an ending? Halfeti is a “sunken city” swallowed by water. The cold waters of the Euphrates River have submerged stone houses and mosques, leaving only a minaret above the water as a memory of the past. From this ending, a miracle emerges: the Black Rose. This rose, which does not grow black anywhere else in the world, turns dark only when grown in Halfeti’s soil and the waters of the Euphrates. It is a paradox of nature. The name Aurora comes from the Roman ‘’goddess of dawn’’. This name is intentionally chosen as a contrast; because the deepest darkness (“Dark”) is the moment just before dawn breaks (“Aurora”). And according to legend, the true color of Halfeti’s famous and unique rose can only be seen at that exact moment.Aurora: Halfeti Dark is more like a magical elixir than a perfume. Ropion took the Turkish Rose and submerged it into the cool waters of the Euphrates. The damp, earthy, and dark shadow of Oud (Agarwood) and Patchouli envelops the velvety structure of the rose. However, right in the middle of this darkness, Hibiscus and Pink Pepper—glowing like dawn—add an almost “supernatural” radiance to the scent.
